Works to be Taking Place at Highfield Gardens II

May 2016 - Internal demolition of the existing buildings at the site is scheduled to commence.

Around June 2016 - External demolition works to start and expected to take approximately eight weeks to complete. Due to the nature of the machinery being used for demolition, some noice will occur, but we will work to ensure that noise and dust is kept to a minimum and demolition will only take place between 09:00 and 17:00.

July 2016 - Works to implement roads and sewerage infrastructure along Highfield Road will begin for approximately four weeks, during which time there will be temporary traffic lights in place. Service connections will be required along Highfield Road and once a date has been confirmed by the service providers, the connections are expected to be completed within one week.

August 2016 - The new homes at Highfield Gardens II are due to go on sale and the show apartment will also re-open. We would kindly ask that local residents do not park in the allocated parking spaces for plots 3 and 4 as these will be required for visitors. We will also be providing more visitor spaces to ensure parking is contained within this area.

    Help to Buy

The Government backed Help to Buy scheme is available here. The scheme is open to both first time buyers and home movers alike, and means you'll need just 5% deposit to buy a new home.

With Help to Buy, the Government will lend you up to 20% of the value of your new build home via an equity loan. You will need to secure up to a 75% mortgage and put down a 5% deposit. You’ll own 100% of your home from day one.

Help to Buy is also available in conjunction with our easymover scheme, which means we could help you sell your existing home and pay your estate agent fees. Find out more about how the Help to Buy scheme works.

Easymover is available here, which means you could reserve a new Taylor Wimpey home at this development - even if you haven't sold your existing property.

And that's not all. With easymover, we'll make your house move as stress free as possible. We'll liaise with your estate agent on your behalf, we'll pay their fees and we'll manage the whole house selling process - making your life so much easier! Take a look at our easymover page for more information.

Terms and conditions apply to the Easymover scheme.
